Pay what you can About Wilfredo: Wilfredo holds a degree from Escuela de Artes Varietur in Havana, Cuba, where he specialized in Afro-Cuban technique, modern dance, and popular Cuban styles. He has trained with many of Cuba’s most respected dance artists and is known for his engaging, patient, and accessible teaching style, delivered in his native Spanish. He currently resides in San Diego, California where he directs Cubatá Dance Company. Here is what community members have to say about Wifredo: "Hola folks. I don’t usually publicly endorse people but I have to make an exception here. Wilfredo is an absolutely amazing dancer and teacher who has shown a lot of love to our Oregon dance community over the past many years. To boot, he is also kind and charming — I might maybe have a smallish man-crush . So, if you are taking Wednesday classes in Corvallis and are part of this SALSA Peeps group, please vote your preferences. Trust me that you will want to learn anything of the above from this maestro. Tell your other casino friends who aren’t in this group about it as well!" - Aniefon "He’s been my main focus as a teacher for 17 years of dance, I’ve taken countless classes and lessons with this man from San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Eugene and SanFran none of the time has he ever disappointed me, always been amazing, professional, humble and kind, I’m glad to call him a friend, I’m excited for you all that have never been graced with his talent, dedication, presence, to experience his teaching, he never has disappointed me, and I know he will help you grow." - Brian Registration Closed.
